Design an auto-scaling architecture for BigBlueButton for AWS

We are officially a commercial provider of BigBlueButton and have a 7 years background with the project, one of our customers is looking for an auto-scaling solutions for his BigBlueButton deployments.
We know how to do the big blocks but we need an expert advice to put the right architecture on the tracks.
The goal is to have the big lines ready in one or two days, to follow the work with us on a regular basis and have the first test version ready for July 20th.
