You will take ownership of the software provisioning, licensing allocations, virtual appliance initialization (OVA), and high-availability configuration schemes over secure remote access tunnels. Key Responsibilities Virtualization Setup: Provision Avaya Aura R10 CM VE and Duplicate Virtual Appliances via VMware OVA templates. Logical Architecture: Map and deploy Core Suites, Presence Services, Application Enablement Services (AES), and Workplace integration modules across desktop, mobile, and web interfaces. Remote Programming: Configure routing protocols, dialing rules, SIP architectures, and ASBCE High Availability rules remotely. Troubleshooting: Provide remote tier-3 diagnostic support using SAL Gateways during initial boot-up sequences and validation phases. Technical Requirements & Qualifications Certifications: ACSS / ASPS focusing on Avaya Aura Communication Manager or Solution Design. Software Competence: Expert proficiency with Avaya System Manager R10 Redundancy routing, Session Manager, Avaya Messaging R11, and Workplace Attendant software. Network Infrastructure: Strong proficiency in SIP protocol debugging, TLS certificate handling, and network routing profiles. Collaboration Tools: Fully equipped remote home office setup with reliable high-speed connectivity and VPN troubleshooting capability.
