Hi minak57, Last week I finished a full body kit install on a JDM S2000, so I’m confident I can handle this really well. I’ve done many JDM setups (GT‑R, 350Z, WRX). I work clean, measure panel gaps, and I bring all tools: rivnut kit, plastic welder, heat gun, 3M panel bond, VHB, torque tools. I’m good with fiberglass, ABS, and carbon. I’d like to know the below. - What exact car (year/trim) and which kit brand/material is it (ABS, fiberglass, carbon)? - Do you want me to handle paint/PPF and sensor/DRL re-fit, or install only with pre-painted parts? I think we should. - Test‑fit every panel before paint, set even 3–4 mm gaps, and reinforce stress points with backing plates. - Replace old clips with stainless hardware and seal all drill points (anti‑rust + seam sealer) for long term reliability. Lets follow a plan like this. - I inspect the car, note all current gaps, mounts, liners, and any hidden damage. - I dry‑fit the kit, heat‑shape where needed, fix small waves, and confirm clearance at full lock and bumps. - I install mounts: rivnuts/brackets, VHB + panel bond where right, torque and recheck alignment. - I finish: paint or wrap if chosen, re‑fit liners/sensors/undertrays, road test, and deliver a photo log + care tips.
