Zoho Specialist MCP Integration

BaseTend is seeking an experienced Zoho Specialist to help design, integrate, and extend our Zoho ecosystem across multiple brands. This role is both strategic and hands-on, covering Zoho architecture, automation, and advanced integrations. A strong portion of this role involves AI and automation tooling, including ChatGPT-style workflows and external orchestration platforms. This is not a one-off task. We are intentionally looking for a long-term working relationship. Core Responsibilities Architect, configure, and optimize our Zoho infrastructure (Zoho One environment) Integrate ChatGPT / OpenAI (MCP-style workflows, APIs, or assistants) into Zoho applications Manage and connect multi-brand operations within Zoho (CRM, Creator, Desk, Projects, Books, etc.) Build and maintain integrations with: Stripe (payments, invoicing, subscriptions, automation) Forms (Zoho Forms and external form tools) Other third-party systems as required Design and maintain automation pipelines using: [login to view URL] Apify Develop custom logic and services using: Python Playwright (browser automation, testing) Write and maintain Deluge scripts and API-based integrations Support additional development and automation tasks as they arise Advise on scalable system design, security, and long-term maintainability Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist / Zoho Developer Strong working knowledge of: Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Forms, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books Deluge scripting Zoho APIs and external API integrations Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration tools, including: [login to view URL] Apify Experience with Python-based integrations or services Experience using Playwright for automation or data workflows Familiarity with ChatGPT / OpenAI API integrations Experience integrating Stripe APIs Ability to operate across multiple brands within a shared Zoho environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose system-level solutions Nice to Have MCP-style AI orchestration or agent-based workflow experience SaaS, operations, or multi-entity business experience Front-end or full-stack experience related to Zoho Creator Engagement Details Contract-based with consistent, ongoing work Flexible scheduling Opportunity to become our long-term Zoho & automation partner Preference for relationship-based collaboration over task-only execution How to Apply Please include: Summary of your Zoho experience Examples of Zoho, [login to view URL], Apify, or automation systems you’ve built AI, ChatGPT, or OpenAI-related project experience Python / Playwright use cases Availability and preferred engagement structure BaseTend is building integrated, automation-first systems.
