Hi, Deleting rows by matched text in a chosen column is a short PowerShell job. If it's an actual .xlsx I'd use the ImportExcel module so nothing touches COM or needs Excel installed; if it's CSV, plain Import-Csv with a Where-Object filter streams fine even on files with hundreds of thousands of rows. Either way the column name and search text would be parameters, so you can reuse it without editing code. Happy to prove it before you hire anyone: send a sample file (or just the headers and the text to match) and I'll run the script on it and send back the cleaned output plus the script itself. Takes me under an hour. I've done a lot of Excel and data-cleanup automation over the years, most recently restructuring a 356-URL vehicle spec dataset for an Australian client, so bulk row operations are familiar ground.
