This includes hardware installation, system integration, and project development, culminating in a fully tested and documented system. Scope of Work: Hardware Installation Rack assembly, I/O card installation, network components setup. Field cabling and terminations for all I/O points. Create CFC/CC function blocks and configure WinCC graphics. Implement interlocks, sequences, and control Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with no critical alarms. Ensure smooth operation across the plant system. Documentation & Backup Provide full project documentation, including drawings, logic descriptions, and system backups.
