Nintex Developer

URGENT HIRING!!! We’re on the lookout for a Nintex Developer / Workflow Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team! If you’re passionate about workflow automation, process efficiency, and smart solutions – this role is for you! Role Summary We’re looking for a Nintex-focused developer who will design, build, and maintain business process automations using Nintex (Workflows and Forms)—primarily within SharePoint / Microsoft 365. This role is automation-first (not heavy SharePoint platform development). You’ll work closely with stakeholders to turn business processes into efficient, scalable workflows. Key Responsibilities: * Design, build, and maintain Nintex Workflows (cloud/on-prem, depending on your stack) * Create and customize Nintex Forms for business processes (HR, finance, approvals, onboarding, etc.) * Translate business requirements into automated process solutions * Integrate workflows with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems * Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing workflows * Document processes, workflows, and automation logic * Work with business users and stakeholders to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
