Build & Deploy Simple Lead Capture Automation (Form → CRM + Email Notification) We are looking for a developer to set up a simple automation workflow that connects a website lead form to a CRM and sends automated notifications. Scope of Work: Connect an existing website form (HTML or WordPress) to a CRM (HubSpot or similar). Ensure form submissions are properly captured with structured fields (name, email, message, etc.). Set up an automated email notification to the business owner upon new submission. Add a basic automated confirmation email to the lead. Test the full workflow and provide confirmation it is functioning correctly. The goal is to eliminate manual lead handling and ensure submissions are reliably stored and notified. Deliverables: • Fully working form-to-CRM connection • Automated notification email configured • Confirmation email automation • Testing proof (screenshots or short Loom video) Budget: $50 Timeline: 1–2 days This is a small project, but if completed smoothly, there may be ongoing automation and integration work.
