the honest read on this one: the only manual link left in your chain is the paste. the form exports itself and the dashboards run themselves, so what you are paying for daily is the bit in the middle. a person doing that by hand, same day, seven days a week, is also the part most likely to fail. people miss a sunday. a scheduled job does not. so i would automate the ingest and stay on it as the daily check, because there are failure modes a script will carry straight into your sheet without ever flagging them. csv and free-text paragraphs are a bad pair. a response containing a comma or a line break shifts every column to its right, and the row still looks normal once it is in the sheet. that is the most common way this task goes wrong, and it is silent. encoding is the second. apostrophes and quotes from a web form arrive as smart characters, and if the file is not read as utf-8 they land mid-word as garbage. you asked for spelling to stay intact, and this is how it stops being intact without anyone altering a word. timestamps are the third. form exports usually carry a timezone offset, and sheets reinterprets it on paste, which can shift a response across your 8 pm cutoff and file it under the wrong day. the completion tab is easy enough. i would put the row count and the source file name in it too, so a missed day is visible at a glance instead of inferred later. what does the export come out of, and is the column order in your master sheet fixed?
