Site Plan - Dwelling and shed (Tallarook)
Budget $30-250 AUD
I require a site plan to scale drawn in cad and sent as a cad and pdf file. The plan must show all the dimensions as provided in my sketch plan attached. The successful freelancer will also get another job which includes drawing the proposed dwelling, of which the floor plan is attached. I require the dwelling and shed to be situated on the site at the setbacks shown on the sketch plan. I need the plan to show a scale and information bar. The client wants a verandah of [url removed, login to view] around the entire dwelling, which is why I have included the extra dimensions on the site plan compared with those shown on the floor plan. Ideally, if someone is talented enough to provide me with a bid to draw the house from the floor plan and the shed, with a 22 degree pitch and 2.7 m high wall, and include these on two A3 sheets with the site plan, I would be very happy and pay you for it in the one job.
