Description:
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated Job duration: less than 1 week
Design details: Looking for an Architect who can assist in developing CAD Dwgs from sketches/dimensions of an existing SFR that is to be renovated. Note, will require the placement/layout of new Powder Rm. on first floor, as well as fixture placement in upstairs full bath as well as Cabinet/Appliance layout in Kitchen.
The intent is to use the soft copy building floor plan to generate a complete set of construction drawings to include electrical, plumbing and mechanical layout/scope, the completed set would then be provided to the AHJD for plan review/approval.
Extra notes: Once, the MEP's have been defined we would like to "add" additional commentary with respect to defining the specific scope of work as relates to various upgrades, i.e. new windows, doors, etc...as well as defining demolition and/or repair of existing finishes damaged as a result of the MEP upgrades. THIS ADDITIONAL WORK WILL BE CONSIDERED AS OUTSIDE OF THE SCOPE OF THE INITIAL REQUIREMENTS, THAT IS THE FLOOR PLAN DRAWING.
Preference will be afforded those who may have MEP experience and/or contacts who may be able to address the MEP's.
