I’m transforming an empty shell of a small retail space into a warm, modern, farm-to-table shop inspired by Whole Foods and Nature’s Basket, and I need an interior designer who can take the project from concept to photorealistic presentation. Here’s the vision • Palette: earth tones paired with natural wood finishes to create an inviting, organic feel. • Key priorities: – Custom shelving and modular product display units – Integrated gravity dispensers for grains and nuts – Thoughtful lighting that supports a cosy yet premium ambiance. • Branding: storefront signage and curated interior graphics must flow seamlessly with the design language. Scope of work You’ll receive the floor plan and exact dimensions on award. From there I’ll rely on you for complete space planning, material and fixture selection, checkout counter design, way-finding, and visual merchandising strategy. I also expect guidance on finishes that withstand high-traffic retail use while reinforcing the organic story. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) 1. Mood board and material palette reflecting the stated colours and textures. 2. Scaled 2D layout with furniture and circulation plan (AutoCAD or equivalent). 3. Detailed elevations and joinery drawings for shelving, dispensers, and counter. 4. Lighting plan with fixture specs and tone recommendations. 5. Branding placements for signage and interior graphics. 6. At least three high-quality 3D renders (SketchUp/3ds Max + V-Ray or comparable) showing daytime and evening ambience. 7. Source files for all drawings and models. If you have a portfolio of retail, café, or upscale grocery interiors, especially those that lean into natural materials and minimalism, I’d love to see it. Let’s craft a shopping experience that feels authentically organic from the first step through the door.
