Job Description:
Project specific instructions:
1. Building system Lightweight frame structure (Stud and Track) as attached picture.
2. External Wall cladding will be AAC blocks.
3. Wall insulation will be Rockwool.
4. Internal Wall cladding will be gypsum boards.
5. Roof will be flat truss with waterproof and heat insulation.
6. Ceiling will be gypsum boards.
7. Foundation will be concrete. 3 stair steps from the ground level of the villa.
What we expect from the engineer:
1. Complete structural loads study by STAAD.
2. Complete AUTOCAD structural drawing for the project.
3. Items quantity list with details.
4. A detailed drawing of the areas where the pieces of the structure are connected to each other.
5. We will submit all the studies that have been prepared from your side to the Abu Dhabi Municipality to obtain the building permit necessary to implement the project. so please make sure that all drawing and studies are complete.
