Design the water cylinder id66 od maybe 150mm, take a 200ton jack , piston with 20 steel rings from combustion engines, piston stroke500mm, and oil pump and push the piston to produce 6000bar, make fea and cfd and animation.

Milestone2, 50$

Put water cylinder onto 4m tube with traveler (chamber divider with seals like o-rings), design c flanges and caps and 2 valves on each side, let water flow in when juice already fills the whole tube volume, press juice to 6000bar, make fea and cfd and animation.

Milestone3, 50$

Put components around press like air pressure with 4 cylinders controlling the valves, design valves with sealing, choose cylinders: sucking juice and pressing into tube and the one pressing juice out with 10L of water, show interface to bottling station (no oxygen, all ss304 tubes), show system cleaning with water, make fea and cfd and animation.

Milestone4, 50$, optional

I send you links of all machines (washer, mincer, grinder, bottler, power units and cooler) and you integrate them into container. Make film of transparent container showing the whole system.

2 more tube versions, all 4m, but id 150 and 300mm. make fea and cfd and animation.

General useful data:

You need to show how the juice is filled into the 4m long tube, pushing the chamber divider from right to left. you need to show the hydraulic pump, the 200 ton jack, the water cylinder where 1.75L are pressed to 6000bar while seeing how the water flows into the 4m long tube, compressing the juice, so the divider moves 60cm to the right=15%, and please find a means how to show the enormous pressure. show decompression while 200ton jack moves piston back. The jack releases pressure after having pressed 1.7L in 4m tube, valve closes. After 3min .during which bacteria is dying-, jack reactivates pressure, when equal to tube pressure, valve driven by air pressure compressor, opens valve, jack piston goes backwards, pressure to zero, vale closes. 10L water cylinder air pressure controlled valve opens, juice out valve opens, juice is pressed out, all valves close, juice in valve opens , juice pressure cylinder presses juice into tube. Cycle recommences.

as for low pressure 10L water cylinder and 10L juice cylinder: PTFE seal is recommended.
