Two quick questions so I quote this accurately rather than guessing: 1. What form is the existing design in - a PDF, a scan, a photo, a hand drawing, or an older CAD file? 2. Do you need 2D CAD (DWG/DXF) or a 3D model? "CAD format" covers both and they're different jobs. Whichever it is, you'll get a clean, properly layered, fully dimensioned file that opens without errors in any package - not a rough trace. If anything in the source is unclear or a dimension is missing, I'll flag it before drafting rather than assuming, which is usually where these conversions go wrong.
