Scope of Work – Shapefile to GeoTIFF Conversion for Pix4Dfields Objective Convert the supplied shapefile dataset(s) into GeoTIFF format that is fully functional and importable within Pix4Dfields via Other Map → GeoTIFF. The intent of this engagement is to establish a repeatable process for converting future shapefiles into Pix4Dfields-compatible GeoTIFF files. Scope The freelancer shall: Review the supplied shapefile dataset(s). Convert the dataset(s) to GeoTIFF format using QGIS. Ensure all coordinate systems, georeferencing and export settings are configured correctly. Test the resulting GeoTIFF file(s) within Pix4Dfields. Resolve any issues preventing successful import, display or use within Pix4Dfields. Provide all files generated during the conversion process. Process Documentation The freelancer shall provide a simple step-by-step guide detailing: Opening the shapefile in QGIS. Identifying and configuring CRS/projection settings. Converting the shapefile to GeoTIFF. Export settings used. Importing the GeoTIFF into Pix4Dfields. Troubleshooting common issues. The guide must include screenshots and be sufficiently detailed to allow the process to be replicated internally without further assistance. Deliverables Pix4Dfields-compatible GeoTIFF file(s). Step-by-step PDF guide documenting the complete workflow. Any supporting files required for the conversion process. Notes regarding any assumptions, limitations or issues encountered. Acceptance Criteria The project will only be considered complete when: The supplied shapefile dataset(s) have been successfully converted to GeoTIFF format. The GeoTIFF file(s) successfully import into Pix4Dfields via Other Map → GeoTIFF. The mapping displays in the correct geographic location and at the correct scale. A step-by-step guide has been provided showing how the conversion was performed. Payment is contingent upon successful import and use of the GeoTIFF file(s) within Pix4Dfields. GeoTIFF files that cannot be imported into Pix4Dfields will not be accepted. Compatibility with QGIS, ArcGIS or other GIS platforms alone does not constitute completion of the scope.
