As-built drawings for a residential villa (330 sqm total floors plan)

I am looking for a skilled designer who can create as-built drawings for my residential villa. As a personal project, I have measurements and photos of the property but no existing blueprints or drawings. The ideal candidate will be able to provide full plans with elevations and sections, ensuring a high level of detail. The villa size is 500 sqm land that also required to be drawn and drafted this will also include the backyard and the outside guest wing.

Skills and experience required:

- Experience in creating as-built drawings for residential properties

- Proficiency in CAD software

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to read and interpret measurements and photos

- Excellent communication skills to ensure accuracy and clarity throughout the project
