I regularly conduct Sedex SA8000 compliance audits for service-sector clients across Asia and I need an APSCA-registered CSCA auditor who can step in on either a freelance or permanent basis. Engagements are usually two to three days on-site followed by remote report writing, but I can also accommodate fully remote document reviews where travel is impractical. Your core tasks will be to perform the audit against SA8000 requirements, draft the Sedex report in the prescribed format, and drive any corrective-action follow-up with the client. Proven experience with APSCA protocols is essential, as you will be listed as the lead auditor. Deliverables • Complete on-site or remote audit execution • Sedex/SA8000 audit report uploaded within five working days • Corrective-action plan with objective evidence reviewed and closed Acceptance criteria • APSCA ID verified at CSCA level before project start • Report passes Sedex desktop review on first submission • All CAP items closed within agreed timeframe Travel costs are covered when an on-site visit is required; otherwise all work is handled via Microsoft Teams and the Sedex platform.
