Photojournalism Project - Bedding Buyers

Hi there,

We are a bedding company looking to have some help making some videos to be used to show to our department store buyers showing typical customer confusion over buying down bedding. We are looking for American help to go to various stores and record typical store associate help. We think that a hidden camera will work - basically someone would go into a store like a linens and things and record the interaction between the store associates and this person/actor. The questions would be as simple as:

"What is the best down comforter"

"What is the best down pillow"

"How do I pick a down comforter"

"How do I pick a down pillow"

In theory only one of two of the questions would be asked at a store - so you might ask the two comofrter questions or the two pillow questions.

The stores to be visited include:

Macys

Linens & Things

Dillards

Belk

Steinmart

Kohls

Bed, Bath & Beyond

We will require the raw video footage as well as edited snippets.

The end goal is to show buyers from each store how these products are confusing to customers and why additional care needs to be done for packaging and training materials for store associates, etc...

More details to be provided upon final job acceptance.

We will be looking to do this project over the year with various questions. For now we have those questions.

The typical video snippet might be a 2 to 3 minute segment.

We must ask that the 'actor' with the hidden camera must be american and speak great english - can be a man or a woman.

More details to come.

Thanks,

Stefan
