Hmong Transcriptionist & QA Needed

We are seeking a skilled Hmong Transcriptionist/Transcription QA to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio content in Hmong, as well as conducting quality assurance checks on transcription work to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. This position offers flexibility, working on a casual basis to suit your availability. Details: - Transcribe audio content from Hmong into written text with high accuracy and attention to detail - Review and quality-assure transcription work completed by other team members, identifying and correcting errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation and terminology - Maintain consistency in formatting, style and tone across all transcription projects Requirements: - Native or fluent speaker of Hmong with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience in transcription work, preferably with audio or video content - Familiarity with transcription software or audio playback tools (training provided if necessary)
