Thank you for considering this proposal. My problem is that while I'm quite familiar with Real and Windows media, I'm new to Quicktime and somewhat bewildered. Here's my current dilemma. I'm try to create via Media Cleaner Pro 5.1.1 for Windows a Quicktime Progressive download file, at about 250 kps total, and another at about 340kps total. The original video is an .avi file, 720x480, so I want the screen aspect ratio to be correct. I was able to take the Cleaner "Big Prog" preset and resize it at 360x240, and create a working file at the Cleaner preset (about 485kps). This is too fast for my high speed DSL modem and I assume too high for many of my clients (even though they all work in corporations and almost all, if not all, have high speed access of some type). When I tried to lower the video kps and/or change some of the audio settings, as soon as I would hit the triangular "Play" button in Cleaner, the status would change to "Settings Error." It would give me no further information. Just "Settings Error." Here's what I need: Someone who lives, breathes and dreams about QT to write out all the settings for Cleaner (Cleaner for Windows, not for Mac) that will produce the best possible progressive QT file at 340 kps. If the image size needs to be reduced, keep it the same aspect ratio, 270x180. Then do the same for 250kps. If I enter in all your settings and get the message "Settings Error" I won't consider the work as complete. Please, in your answer don't: a) tell me to use another program besides Cleaner. For many reasons, that's the program I use. b) don't tell me to create QT streaming instead of progressive files. I also have reasons. Thank you for considering this request for help!
Complete settings for ever possible Media Cleaner variable I have control over to create a great progressive file at 1) 340 kps 2) 250 kps

Most likely the choice of a candidate will be made Monday, though possibly sooner if I can get time this weekend.
