Create audio files from multiple audio tracks

Job Description:
We are offering users of our site a free custom meditation audio track where where their name is recorded as part of the track.
We have one long audio file with approximately 150 first names recorded. That file needs to be broken out in to 150 individual files, titled by the name being spoken. Then, we need to have those 150 individual files combined with the meditation track, to create 150 complete audio tracks. The end result will be an audio track that includes the meditation and the persons recorded name. Once the files are created, we will have our web developer upload them to the site and update the database.
As part of the process, we would like to have effects applied that makes the recorded name sound comparable to the recorded meditation track.
We have used Adobe audition to do this ourselves, but you can use whatever audio editing software that you are most familiar with.

We are looking to have the 150 tracks created for $200 as it should only take an hour or two to complete. This will be an ongoing project though, so we'd like to have someone that will produce these going forward for us.
