Hi, Noise reduction and volume leveling for 3-5 episodes at 30-60 minutes each means consistency across the whole batch matters as much as any single fix — I'd set a baseline EQ/leveling pass first so listener experience doesn't shift episode to episode, then handle spot fixes (background noise, level spikes) on top of that foundation. One thing worth flagging: color grading isn't part of an audio-only podcast workflow unless there's a video component to these episodes — let me know if there's video I'm missing, since that would change scope.
