Hmong Audio Contributors Needed — US-Based Native Speakers (Hmong Daw / Mong Leng)

We are seeking US-based native Hmong speakers to contribute audio recordings for a large-scale AI/speech recognition training data project. Priority on Hmong Daw; Mong Leng speakers also welcome. This is a paid audio contribution project — you'll record your voice speaking Hmong according to project guidelines. ABOUT THE ROLE You will produce audio recordings in Hmong following detailed specifications provided by the project team. Recordings will be used to train speech recognition models. REQUIREMENTS • US-based (MANDATORY — the project specifically needs US-dwelling Hmong speakers) • Native Hmong speaker — Hmong Daw (priority) or Mong Leng dialect (MANDATORY) • Access to a quiet recording environment (minimal background noise) • Reliable internet • Willingness to follow recording specifications (audio format, duration, content prompts, etc.) NICE TO HAVE • Prior experience with voice recording, voiceover, or audio data projects • Access to a good-quality microphone PROJECT DETAILS • Timeline: Short-term project with firm delivery timeline (details provided after onboarding) • Volume: Multiple hours of audio needed; individual contributor workload will be assigned based on availability • Rate: Please propose your rate • Recording specs and content prompts: Provided after onboarding HOW TO APPLY In your proposal, please include: 1. Confirmation that you are currently based in the US 2. Confirmation that you are a native Hmong speaker — specify dialect (Hmong Daw, Mong Leng, or both) 3.
