Awards Night Video Production

Hello, We're looking for someone to capture our Funlab Annual Conference Awards Night on Tuesday 4 August. This definitely isn't your typical corporate awards night, think 90s MTV Awards meets a Funlab party. It's all about celebrating our Venue Managers with silly games, awards, great food, dancing and plenty of laughs. I've attached the run sheet so you can get a feel for the flow of the night. We're after: Full event coverage with a focus on the atmosphere and people rather than filming every speech. Two edited highlight reels: A 60–90 sec conference sizzle reel for future event promotion. A 30–45 sec "Fun for Fun Sake" reel to promote our internal competition. Music added to both edits. The room is being styled with a big LED wall, concert lighting and a fun 90s theme, so we'd love lots of shots of the styling, crowd reactions, award winners, games and the dancefloor. Most importantly, we're after someone who's happy to get amongst it. Our team is loud, outgoing and loves having fun, so we'd love the videos to capture that energy. Let me know if you're available, I think it'd be a really fun one to shoot!
