NEC SV8100 Programming

Sorry for the misleading skill, but this project involves an NEC PBX. We have 2 x NEC SV8100 PBX located in Malaysia and Australia. We have already installed K-CCIS licenses in both and both have a 32Channel IPLA card. We require an expert NEC programmer to configure the K-CCIS so that we can make inter-extension calls by simply dialing the extension number intra office. We also require programming where if I press 9 in Australia, it will immediately give me a Malaysian external trunk. Vice Versa, if we dial 0 in Malaysia, it will automatically give us an Australian trunk. There is already a private VPN between the sites and you will be provided remote access to configure.
