I have a production asterisk installation running on my server. I have a requirement.
I want to setup a queue such that Agents and end users can use queue using their mobile phones.
Lets Say, their are 3 agents
Agent 1: Mobile : +91-XXXXXXXXX1
Agent 2: Mobile : +91-XXXXXXXXX2
Agent 3: Mobile : +91-XXXXXXXXX3
Lets there are 5 users who will dial in and will be send to queue to be answered by Agents.
User 1: Mobile : +91-XXXXXXXX11
User 2: Mobile : +91-XXXXXXXX12
User 3: Mobile : +91-XXXXXXXX13
User 4: Mobile : +91-XXXXXXXX14
User 5: Mobile : +91-XXXXXXXX15
Any camm from +91-XXXXXXXXXX(Agent or user) come to my SIP and thus to my dialplan.
If Agent calls he should be loged in as an agent
If user calls he should be transferred to a Logged in user.
Rewording the above requirement.
I have my Agents say A1,A2,A3 on remote location.
I have my callers C1,C2,C3,C4,C5 too on remote location.
I have a SIP installed on my server which is under a production usecase. I will assign two DID say DID1 to Agnets and DID2 to Callers.
Agents will call DID1 and login to queue.
Calls will call DID2 and can chat with Agents that have logged in into the queue.
That is it.
