Vicidial autodialer support

Hello..forum members,

We need an expert in Vicidial( asterisk based system ) for the following.

I use Vicidial in my call center and TATA EPBAX PRI (E1)system.

When the predictive dialer ( or autodialer) is dialing and my customer answer the call , vicidial is taking between 5-10 secondes before giving me a LIVE CAll and being able to talk to the customer.. but most of the time the client hangup the phone because he thinks no one is on the other end .

Please solve this for me.
