simple ASP Work

I want in ASP. I have already one developed in PHP but I prefer ASP. Please see the attachment. Its simple database. ADMIN MODE: There should be admin page with predefined "user ID" and "password". You can make field in database so I will update directly into database. After logging into admin account, there should be "[login to view URL]" page. The add button will take to "[login to view URL]" page, where administrator can make the file and upload "PDF File" only. Note: Upload can have the file extensions of "JPG / PDF / BMP or DOX" files. Similarly by looking at the attachment, you can easily understand my requirements. Only EDIT and DELETE option. USER MODE / VISITOR MODE: When someone lands on "[login to view URL]" page, there should be "SEARCH TEXT BOX". Query made shoudl be displayed in "[login to view URL]" page (See figure). Please Note: Query should be case sensitive. "abc" and "ABC" should be considered two different entries in database and result should only display the requested data. Not, shows all the data similar to query. The result should have the options of "VIEW" which opens the pdf file in same window. The download option should only downloads the file in user's system. Its simple database and should be developed in 2-3 business days time. I also expect low developing charges. Your work can develop long lasting business relationships.
