Online Video Site

We are looking for a complete online video website. The site will need to be updated daily with thumbnails, text and video content easily. We already have a video streaming company onboard to stream clips. We are looking for a sleek high end website with the following functionally: • view video normal and full screen • Flash video (FLV) and Windows Media (medium and large quality) • Browser and bandwidth automatic detection from site. • comment board - similar to [login to view URL] • Star rating system so users can rate video. • Most popular video the most viewed video is top of list in a most viewed section. • An archive system - search by date and search by keyword. • An email a friend tab where a particular videos info is sent to friend to link to. • The ability for a user to upload a file, and the ability for us to regulate what gets posted and what does not. • seperate sections - NEWS, SPORT, WEATHER, RELIGION, FEATURES, ADVERTISING, CONTACTS. These sections will also need to be able to be updated regulary and easiliy. New sections will also need to be added on occasions. I can show you a couple of different templates ideas we have to give you a better idea of what you are looking for. Obviously a youtube site is what we want although users uploads will be limited in the short term.
