“Online Customer Management System” is developed in which the call coordinators, service engineers and the Managers can make entries (customer complaints, services, assigned location etc) on daily basis and maintain a record of their various activities. The system will be made online so that it can be easily accessible anywhere at any point of time. Also the project will provide security features as well as accurate product information to the coordinators.
The purpose of developing Customer Care Management is to maintain a detailed customer data which will have all information regarding the people and equipment at customer place and keep updated information of customer complaints and request. The system can also have an interactive FAQ area from where the customer can obtain support for most of their standard regular issues.
