Need to make simple dynamic website with corporate theme

[login to view URL] design with a corporate theme to revamp existing website [login to view URL] . 2. Existing logo will be used. 3. Additional pages will be home, About Us Contact Us, Catalogue. 4. The existing content of the website will be used. 5. Banner rotating script needed on home page. 6. A YouTube channel will be made but videos will be uploaded by us 8. 2 additional utilities like world clock and weather. 9. Home page will contain quick contact. A dynamic module to be build to update the travel plans with the following features. 10. Two types of catalogue will be added: fixed dates and general catalogues. For each travel plan 1. Bus layouts to be displayed in some catalogue but not for reservation purpose, its only displaying images. 2. Guajarati/Hindi language content will be displayed on the website but it will be scanned not typed. 3. Photos/videos will be given to upload the catalogue. Videos to be uploaded on YouTube and linked to the website. 4. The Indian map concept or any other good concept should be shown to display catalogue of places of India. Technology : I want all images in photoshop only with PSD to be delivered. All dynamic code to be written in ASP only. DOT NET OR PHP is not acceptable. My max budget is 250 $ its very simple work. Initially 2-3 templates should be sent which we will select. The milestones will be given on stages. Initially only 20$ of milestones will be given.
