TeleSupport HelpDesk to QBTimer

Job Description:

This project is intended to pull data from TimeLog files in TeleSupport HelpDesk (MSSQL 2000 database table) and create Quickbooks Timer formatted files.

The intent is to run this as an EXE when needed to 'push' billing information for technical support team into Qbooks.

In addition, we will want an application to be web based (we host it locally) where the app will require login validation, then creation of billing logs against customer projects and output to the same QBTimer formatted files.

A Mindjet map is available for detailing the specification and workflow.
