Modification already existing web site

This web site is almost completed. It just needs some modification on some pages. The developer I will choose should know “visual studio” (ASP) and MS SQL on professional level. Every made pages should be opening in “visual studios” design view. Also Intel’s dialogic voice board (D/4PCIUF) and Voice guide ([login to view URL] ) is used in this web site. Working with the developer, I need to contact to him (or her) every working morning (USA Eastern time). I do not need any middle man between me and programmer while I’m working on the project (manager, boss …). This amount will not be a one time pay at the end of the project, I separate the project on small parts. I’ll pay by pay pal after each part is done and we move to the next part and so on. All this work should be around 500-1000$. I need exact timing the developer needs to do one particular part of the project ( for ex: if we agree that one particular part of the project will be done by Friday I need to see new page uploaded on the remote server by Friday morning) after that I check , make corrections ( if it needs) and developer fixes that. We will be communicating by yahoo messenger. It is difficult to communicate by internet, so I need him (or her) to be a good listener and not to miss any my words. Also, please, do not try to manipulate with the time you will need to do any coding for each part of the project (I myself do some coding).
