UI developer with VB and .NET experience

Need an UI developer with some VB and .NEt experience/knowledge. We want to redesign an existing project written in .net our .net developer will work with you to finish it in 15 days need some one who can work without interruption and finish it in 15 days iPortal 2011 Redesign Main Site Design – Site is to be designed using Visual Studio 2005 using VB.Net as the code-behind. – New UI using provided Template – All pages are to use the same header and footer with the menu buttons and logos being included in the header. - All images and icons will be provided o The template was created using Adobe Illustrator, however we will provide higher quality images as needed. - Most of the functionality from the existing code will be used. We would like to standardize the naming of controls , forms, code-behind, etc. using standard naming conventions. - We will provide the Data Access Layer to be used unless the developer has a preference. We will discuss as needed. The package currently implement a DAL, but we would like to move to one. - All charts and grids are to be converted from the included VS2005 standard controls to the implementation of DevExpress charts and grids. We will provide the control suite to the developer. More info below. o [login to view URL] - All other control and button design are at the discretion of the developer as long as any changes and/or templates used are provided to us and they match the layout provided. Home Page - Each of the 4 sections is to have a clickable link title that will take the user to a secondary page that will list only that sections information. The Message Center and Dashboard sections will require the most work as these are new additions. We will discuss requirements. For the Dashboard, please provide the UI and we will provide the functionality. - Search accounts text box is to provide to the user the same functionality as the existing account lookup in one interface. The new lookup is to search by consumer name, patient name, agency account number and client reference number. Help Button – there is to be a clickable help button on each page designed. we will design the help document for this. All pages from the existing Help button will be incorporated into this new document so there is no need to design or move existing into the new template. Utilities - This page is going to be discontinued. All functionality will move to other sections of the site as denoted in the new template. New Account Entry is being moved to a button on the top menu as is the Account Lookup option. All other items are moving to the “Account Detail” screen.
