Add archive feature to asp.net VB site

We have a web page that current;y has a list of documents that users can download. Right now it is all in one long list, and we want to add a way to archive some documents, so that only certain documents show up on the first page. There are four pages that will need to be changed. Details for each page are below. http://slswhitestone dot org/eenvelope dot aspx (see image [login to view URL]) - This page should only show the documents that are not archived - Add button "Click here for archived files" this buttons goes to the new archive page - Put table in a box with a scroll bar - Change layout of the table to match the image, remove the download column and put the download symbol in the first column eEnvelope page - New page, needs to be created (see image [login to view URL]) - This will be the same as the normal eEnvelope page, but will show only the archived files. admin eEnvelope (see image [login to view URL]) - This page already exists, but needs to be altered. - For date change to use a calendar pop up to add the date. Right now it is basic text field. - Next to title add two options, "Bold" & "Red". These will allow the administrator to make the title bold or red. admin eEnvelope delete (see image [login to view URL]) - This page already exists, but needs to be altered. - Add a column with check box for "Archive" if the admin checks this box and clicks "Submit" then the document will show up only on the archive page. - Change the button from "delete" to "Submit" The website is coded in ASP.net VB and uses a Microsoft SQL server.
