I have two existing websites one is [url removed, login to view] and the other is a sub site of this [url removed, login to view] I want to create similar to this template available here [url removed, login to view] The current member site contains specific scripts when allows user to login and view the data that is on file with the organization. Access can be given to view to the Member Section and see the current layout. I now want users to be able to register themselves but that they must be approved by the administrator and must be associated with an event(Feis). Also want to be able to get their password by email. Also I want them to be able to change certain items related to their events depending on their level, example Event(Feis) Chair or Event Secretary. Example: Location of event can be changed, contact person can be changed but Event Chair cannot be. Also any time a change is made that is immediately to certain not the administrator. Currently the data on page [url removed, login to view] is provide from an Access database, when a user changes something with regards to their event it will be immediately updated here. I would like to place a date stamp on items that have changed and maybe allow the general to sign up for an email when an event has been updated. I would like also to keep the current advertisements on the Schedule only. The schedule would be good if it could only display current date and future and past events could be viewed elsewhere. I would like to incorporate some flash into the design and have a Celtic design or Irish Dancers - here is a link to the main Governing body of this organization [url removed, login to view] which may help with this concept but it cannot be the same as this website. The administrator needs the ability to assign certain users and what they can view depending on their level. I actually would like to allow the Registrar to login into the Member Section and may any changes that she/he needs to do as well as to print out reports for meetings. I do not wish to accept at this stage registrations online but all the data could be entered online and as soon as payment is received it could be entered online with the amount and check number. Would like the ability for each user to be able to print out the registration forms - that is attached from the Member for each event(feis) -sample of these can be provided.
