Create a Web Application for Vendor Add, Merge, and Validate as illustrated in the Attached files. The records will be posted via http to an external process that you won’t right. For purposes of this project you can just create a stub for an http post. That project will be added as a request when that specification becomes available. That process loads the records into scripts which are then processed to update a legacy flat file database. This method is used because the legacy system has no odbc connection provided for updates.

DAT_Test Search Vendor Number-

csv file, import to mysql and create table for testing. Systems will connect to MySQL and process records in asp.net, sql server for vendor add, merge, validate.

Vender Master List-

Project to create a Vendor Master list that allows the user to add a New Vendor.

Vender Merge-

Project to allow a user to combine duplicate and multiple records to one.

You should have the ability to complete this request based on the examples provided and the files attached and knowledge of what typical Vender Applications do in the subject matter area or be willing to research the subject matter as a part of this request. Specific technical specifications are not available.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
