Trouble Shoot - ASP.net C# MSSQL website issue

I need an expert to work with my programmer for a day to troubleshoot a an issue in my website (Developed with ASP.Net, C#, MSSQL Server.
I have an employment portal that includes two way "Action Communication" for example, the user sends a request interview, the other side sends a response (Accept/ Reject) with attachments.
The Issue: occasionally that data at one of the user sides disappear, even if I try to browse different pages within the website or try to refresh, the records do not appear. the only way to see the records again is to log out and log in again for the data to reappear... All Data is addressed correctly in the database and not sure what seems to be the problem.
I need someone to help work with my developer just to guide him what to do.
