I want to create a website that grabs all trending topics from Twitter for Arab countries such like Saudi Arabia.
Details:
The programmer should code ASP.NET application that grabs trending images, videos, hashtags, and links in twitter for the last X hours. Also most popular twitter accounts.
Countries included in this are: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Syria and Jordan.
(Twitter does not support API for the mentioned countries)
Then all information should be put in XML file so I can parse later. Each country has it's separate xml file. The imported information are mainly in Arabic so the programmer should take the encoding under consideration.
This work shouldn't take a lot of time and money.
This is only to begin with. If I liked the work, I might expand my project.

There are many goals of building this application:
- From the social aspect of knowledge of the most important issues that annoy people.
- Know people who raise topics lead to problems.
- For companies see reactions to their products.
- Classification of people towards a particular subject (Agree, Not agree, does not care , etc)
- Classification of the most important topics (religion, sports, politics, etc.).
- Showing the number of participants in the topics and the most interactive.
-Allow organizations to address current and potential customers and to promote their products.
