The function of the call log is to track incoming calls at reception and if necessary email a message to the recipient if they are unable to take the call.
All users should be able to log calls, and view the whole list.
The main list should only show the last 25 records by default – This can be configured.
Send Email will record the call to the database and send an email notification to those listed in To and CC. Record Call will only record the call to the database and Clear Call, clears the information entered, not committing the data.
There will also be a search function that will allow users to only show records defined by their filter (ie show all calls from Nathan)
At the end of the day (defined in configuration), the system should send an email to users with a list of the days messages for them.
