Generate direct mailing pieces using [url removed, login to view]

I have already designed and loaded the MSSQL database portion of this project. All the data is available and ready to produce output.
The project requirements are as follows:
Generate direct mail pieces from Name/Address data combined with HTML body data in database.
Produce output as HTML (preferred) page or PDF document.
Output must be generated for printing with page breaks as either:
© 8.5” by 11” letter size paper (portrait orientation)
© 8.5” by 5.5” card stock (portrait orientation)
© Pre-printed postcards (4 cards per letter size sheet, landscape orientation)
Only basic mail formatting required (ie. no merge fields requiring substitution and reformatting)
Use [url removed, login to view]([url removed, login to view] preferred) with Visual Studio 2003 as the language
Samples of Output are attached.
Must have at least intermediate experience with Visual Studio 2003 [url removed, login to view]([url removed, login to view]), SQL Server, and HTML. T-SQL experience also preferred.
This is a virtual office project. A development server has already been setup with VPN, Visual SourceSafe, SQL 2K, and IIS. Must have own secure(AntiVirus and Firewall) computer including Visual Studio 2003, Visual Source Safe [url removed, login to view], SQL Server 2K, and IIS.
Will work directly with designer and main developer.
Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement will be required. Signed W-9 also required.
