22741 Error Correction

Error needs correcting on Administration System for banking directory [login to view URL] There are 3 categories of Countries in Administration System: [login to view URL] with cities [login to view URL] with States & Cities [login to view URL] with no cities or states When a new Bank is added to the database in Administration System, and this Bank is located in Category 3 Country, the system accepts the data with no problem. However, when you try to add an office to this Bank (the database is on two levels: Head Office & Office), the relevant drop down boxes: Country, City, State, Suburb are not showing on screen. Please correct so that these drop down boxes appear. It is possible to see the page working as it should do by adding an office to a Bank that is located in Country Category 1 or 2 - these 2 categories are working fine.
