Chinese Speaking Virtual Assistant

I am seeking a Chinese speaking Virtual Assistant to help with various tasks. This role will focus primarily on Vendor Relations and Customer Service, involving working with our vendors to facilitate projects, and arranging shipments with a shipping forwarder in order to collect all shipments into a single container on a monthly basis. This role may include occasional travel to visit supplier facilities. Prior experience working in a factory office with mass produced goods would be ideal.
Our suppliers are primarily Chinese, so fluency in spoken and written form in both Mandarin and Cantonese is a must. Our team speaks English, so you will be responsible for communicating our team's input effectively, and helping our team to better understandthe manufacturing process. No specific time zone is necessary, so long as the VA is available to work 6AM to 2PM CST.
This individual should be organized, detail oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience using Asana & Google Workspace are ideal but we can train the right person. My ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service, office administration and should be comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
