Creative Arts Education Manager

I am setting up a hands-on Arts and Crafts program for teenagers (11-17 years) at our learning centre in Kuarmunda and need a manager who can take full ownership of the creative education stream. You will design the curriculum, source or create engaging project briefs, guide a small team of facilitators, and make sure every session inspires students while meeting clear learning outcomes. The syllabus must give equal weight to painting and drawing, sculpting and model making, and textile and fabric art. I am looking for original project sequences that build skills week by week, incorporate basic art theory in an accessible way, and culminate in a public showcase of student work. Key deliverables • A term-wise curriculum outline with lesson objectives, material lists, and estimated timings • Detailed session plans for each discipline, including printable hand-outs or slide decks where useful • A simple assessment rubric suited to creative subjects and teens • A resource budget and procurement list aligned with local availability • Training notes for assistant facilitators and a schedule that fits our academic calendar Success will be measured by timely delivery of the above, smooth hand-off to facilitators, and positive feedback from our first student cohort.
