Scenario -
1) While talking with customer over call it will detect voice ( speaker - 2 ) voice and provide offer and response to executive .. based on customer response over call ..
This would be require speech to text ( detect customer voice ) and convert to text and based on that customer question or response it should response to executive to make better response of customer query
