I am very familiar with all health, food and exercise- related topic as I studied kinesiology and the effects of various exercise plans and diets on people with different BMIs and health issues. I will use my prior knowledge as well as conduct in-depth research on the topic to make well-informed plans that are effective and easy to follow.
The various plans will include a monthly diet plan, exercise plan, grocery list, healthy recipes, everyday items that can be used for exercise, as well as fun and helpful tips and outside sources such as books, apps, websites and so on that can help them with their plan.
Proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and appropriate vocabulary will be used for each plan and I am more than ready to create plans on a monthly basis.
I can use any writing style you prefer: formal, casual, informative, narrative and so on, or if I am given creative licence I will choose the style that is best for the topic and the audience it is catered toward.
It will be thoroughly edited and proofread to ensure that there are no mistakes before it is handed over to you. You also have access to an unlimited number of revisions, should you need it.
