I'm looking for an experienced writer to provide ten articles of at least 600 words each for a real estate related company.
A full description of what I would need:
-- Ten articles of a minimum 600 words each with excellent grammar, spelling and that will PASS COPYSCAPE
-- I will provide the keyword(s) for each article and a title that will give the writer a good basis for research. I would like to achieve a keyword density of 1-2% for each article and would need a writer who's familiar with SEO concepts.
-- NO SPUN CONTENT PLEASE. I need original, creative articles that are suitable for using as content on a thriving real estate website. These are not articles that will be fired off to 1000 article directories, so they have to be really good.
-- This is for a real estate company, specifically a business that is focused on locating apartment rentals for clients, so experience in business and real estate topics is a plus as well.
-- I need a writer who can meet a reasonable deadline of 14 days (two weeks). Delivering on time, on budget and with a reasonable amount of communication is important.
-- The budget for this project is $75.00 or $7.50 per article.
IMPORTANT: After my last experience with a disreputable, dishonest, rude and abrasive freelancer who went more than three weeks over deadline and still failed to deliver and then tried to trash my reputation on this site, I am looking for a writer to restore my faith in Freelancer. This project will most likely lead to more work for a creative, hardworking writer who can deliver great content on time.
Thanks for considering this project and I look forward to receiving your bids!
-- The tone of these articles will be informational in nature. An example might be "What are the Differences Between Living in an Apartment or a Condo?", or "Crumbling Housing Market Results in Boom for Rentals".
--The writer will be responsible for researching the topics based on the titles and descriptions I provide. I have a great deal of knowledge on these topics and would be happy to answer questions from the writer along the way. I just don't have time to write the articles myself.
