Rural USA Issues and Update

I need someone who is a rural writer with good knowledge and expertise in rural agriculture and agribusiness in the USA. What's happening in agriculture in the USA by industry sector, what are the key issues affecting farmers and agribusiness? Possibly contrast with Australia and Europe. Carbon emissions is a major issue in Australian agriculture at present, as is the increasing market power of the big supermarket chains. In addition in Australia we have the ongoing issues of water management. I have a bog on my website that I would like to be able to post some articles on the USA situation in farming and agriculture. I would also like to contrast how the USA farmers are organised in terms of bargaining/union organisations, are they effective, do they do a good job, how are they managed to achieve lobbying results etc. I would envisage a series of articles that are succinct of around about one page on different issues, ongoing, and be prepared to pay $30 for each article. They must be accurate and points must be validated with references and facts.
