I need someone that is familiar with the timeshare industry to write me a script that my sales reps can use to help them in closing deals as my company is a for Sale or Rent "By Owner" timeshare Advertising company. By the rules of Federal trade commission there are certain things that can not be said and words can not be used over the phone to customers for example, we can't say we have a buyer, we can't give them a specific time frame, we cannot guarantee a sale etc. My sales reps work on a commission base that means whatever the amount that they charge the customer for the cost of the advertising that can range from $499.00 to $3000.00 they receive a percentage of that amount at the end of the week. The cost for the customer is paid upfront for advertising. I have a website that we place their add on that you can see at [url removed, login to view] and also we have an online magazine that's called "Vacation Guide" that we place their add on also that is on our website also and we advertise on Google also. We have A DAY agreement that the customer sings before we charge them that let's them know that this agreement is for 90 days of advertising that they are paying for and if there are no offers generated just incase they can call us before their expiration date of their agreement and can renew themselves for another 90 days with no additional cost. Please help me with a script so that my sales representative can use rather then saying things that they don't do as I do understand asking for that kind of money upfront can be difficult since these timeshare owners only belive in that they will only pay to people that they will tell them that they go out and sell their timeshare the way they had bought it by doing presentations and seminars when that's not what they really do in reality. These timeshare owners do understand that they can not give it back to the resort nor the resort will help them resell their timeshare so the only options that they have available is to go out and resell their timeshare theirselves that they don't have time to do so or rely on companies that contact them over the phone and give them hopes and ask them for an upfront fee to advertise their timeshare in a hope that they will receive an offer.
